We Got Full Price!
After we listed our house, she made valuable suggestions to make the house more appealing to prospective buyers. Clara presented a thorough marketing plan to us. With this information in hand, we were able to set a reasonable price for our house. While the house was listed, she maintained open lines of communication between us and any agents showing the house. A couple of weeks after the house was listed she brought us not only one offer, but two. What a dilemma...needless to say we got full price!!!! After the contract she continued to maintain lines of communication, keeping us informed until the closing. We have been very pleased with her assistance and will recommend her to anyone who is thinking about placing their house on the market.
